I have a tenant who wants to rent my property, but at a reduced rent, which I have informally agreed to.
When he proceeds to the “Rent Now” screen there does not seem to be any option to make me an offer on the rent. I don’t really want to edit my listing to reduce the rent. Surely, there is some mechanism to allow a tenant to make an offer below the advertized rent?
It’s awkward for me to check the options, because I am logged in as a landlord. I’d need a spare mobile number to create a second login.
