When there are three tenants on a standard OpenRent tenancy, who is liable in case of non payment of monthly rent?

all of them. It’s a joint and several liability. You can recover the rent from any or all.

If tenants have paid the rent and OR havent passed on OR would be liable (note there’s a delay of 10 working days for initial months rent- to protect tenants in case a LL fails to provide keys)
If one or more of tenants havent paid they are jointly liable and any of them can be pursued for it. Ideally you should have understood and explained that to them before they signed the contract
