I’ve seen some posts suggesting enquiries of over 100 tenants for a property, but there are also posts relating to landlords that are struggling to find a tenants.
I’d be really interested to work out geographically where these disparities occur most. I know we can all make obvious guesses, but there has been a lot of change and it would be interesting to guage response rates for this audience.
Why? From your other posts I can see you like to analyse. But, why are you interested in this?
How would you propose to get sufficient replies to this post, no doubt in many formats, and be able to form any reliable conclusions?
The disparities may not be geographical. It may be that some LL overcharge, take poor photos, or may have properties poorly maintained etc. How would you know this in your analysis?
