Can I advertise my student accommodation on this website to help fund someone to take over my tenancy agreement
Interesting question. You may be able to advertise it on the OR website, but not the partners such as Rightmove, because they will require evidence of consent to let. Are you planning to sub-let or to pass the details of someone suitable to your landlord, who would become their landlord? I’m not sure whether OR would want an advert from someone who is not the landlord, but I’m not sure whether they actually verify this.
I need to find someone to take over my tenancy until July 26 I’m not longer at York university and decided after 3 months if signing the lease I need a break .
