I have rented a property to students for several years via Openrent. I am about to enter into a new contract with 3 new students who now want a 4th student (who very sensible). To place an advert for a single room, I am now required to provide proof of ownership for this room. Is this not excessive?
This must just be for the advert to appear on RightMove? Because this isn’t a requirement to advertise on OpenRent itself or on Zoopla.
