Lost, unread, undelivered messages

Wondering if anyone else have experienced a similar problem to mine –

When I respond to tenant enquires on the openrent system the messages sent remain only ‘delivered’ (two grey ticks) but never read (two blue ticks).

The prospective tenants never get my message for one reason or another so the lead goes nowhere.

This was confirmed when I emailed two tenants directly where they were able to tell me they did not receive messages I’d attempted to send via openrent messaging.

This is deeply frustrating, and on contacting the openrent support for help multiple times their responses on the whole is their the stock cut and paste FAQ style response “tenants don’t always respond”
I don’t feel the issue I was asking for help was understood and it was never acknowledged that I subsequently spoke to the tenant where they confirmed a messages never reached them.

Hmm must be frustrating. Have heard same happening for tenants (who got messages through via others 'accounts). Could be they have somehow blocked your phone/email.

On speaking with another person who enquired , it appears the issue is openrent message recived notifiactions are spammed by some tenant emails accounts , ohh and of course it’s too difficult for some prospective tenants to check their actual account openrent inbox for some unknown reason !
