A few years ago, you would have been putting the message in an envelope & posting it, so that is definitely alot quicker. The wonders of modern technology.
When you say “they didn’t receive”, are you suggesting that they have not received an email from openrent telling them you had sent a message. I know if they are logged into the system, these messages are not sent, as they are already logged in to see. Also, persoanlly, I find alot of these messages hit my junk folder.
I’m having the exact same issue all my emails regarding new messages end up in my junk folder and also for the applicant too, this would rarely happen a few years ago. My most recent listing 80% haven’t even read my message and the remaining 20% take aboslute days to reply because they didn’t know they received a message unless they logged in or checked their junk folder.
