Is it just me, or are other landlords surprised by messages they receive?
‘I wanna see the house’. That is all it said.
Another message…‘I can view anytime’. Nothing else in the enquiry.
‘I know you say no pets, but…’
‘We are desparate to rent’
typical fare… many people don’t realise it’s equivalent to an interview and they fail at the first hurdle.
Its a measure if their deparation and often English not being their first language. They probably reply dozens of ads and focus on quantity rather than quality. Does Openrent provide any guidance to apllicants?
That’s normal. Just wait until you hear the voicemails…
