I recently enquired about aproperty, but after looking at it decided it wasn’t for me. I hadn’t done anything more than have a viewing. On informing the landlord, they sent a message in Open Rent saying i had been declined due to issues with referencing and affordability. This is completely untrue and i want to know where i can register a complaint against them.
It makes no difference. This communication is just between you & them. They may have selected the wrong option by mistake, but they cant go back & change it anyway.
Forget it & move on.
