Do I lose my deposit completely if this is missed??
I agreed with my landlord to pay the 1st months rent straight away, and then rest of the deposit on the 15th. The deadline was today.
Would I have to pay this all over again?!

Due to the delay in paying your final balance, we’ve had to refund some of the money you sent us. This is a legal requirement. As it stands, the tenancy is still active in our system and awaiting the full final balance. Only the partially refunded amount would need to be paid again.
You can see the full details in the emails we’ve sent to you, the most pertinent having subject:
Subject: Balance Payments Refunded for [property address]
I don’t want to outline any specific amounts / links here, as this is a public forum.
