I have a tenant in one room in my property who would like to move to a different room. I’m willing to do this and re-advertise the original room, but how do I do this on OpenRent?
Do I need to raise a new tenancy, or is there a way to update the existing one with the new room and new rent?
Obviously I don’t want to end up with a situation where two people have a claim to the same room!
