Hi, I’ve got a tenant that signed up last month but I’d like to move the management to Openrent.
The tenant has already paid the deposit so I was wondering whether there’s anyway to transfer the deposit from the existing deposit scheme to the one openrent uses as it’s a lot of hassle to get the agency to refund then the tenant pay the deposit again.
