My property has successfully attracted 3 holding deposits on one day! I need to know if I can reference all parties before deciding which to proceed with? I notice openrent will refund other deposits once I proceed with my chosen applicant. Surely I can get all references before deciding who to go with?

It’s also worth noting that a holding deposit will time out 96 hours after it’s placed.
Given how references (standalone or otherwise) may take longer than this, we’d suggest accepting the holding deposit of your preferred tenants and commencing referencing within Rent Now.
