Mutual Termination of a contract early

The tenants and I both want to end the contract at an earlier date. However when I go to do that then there is no option for that. The only options now are: If they have breeched the contract and they have not, so it is impossible to do on the OpenRent portal.

The situation is we both agreed amicably to end the contract much earlier but there is no option to choose to do that and we don’t want to lie. Or say family are moving in or I’m selling it because that is not the reason. The reason is we all have agreed it and want to do it in weeks not months. Thank you for your help if you read this.

Choose Manage tenancy then 'end tenancy - reason -tenant gave notice ’ and the end date - you have accepted their shorter than 2 months notice making it valid. Or ‘nanage tenancy -end tenancy - reason - other’ and end date.
