I can see you are in a horrible and impossible position and feel for you as I would not like it.
I can see your concerns about reporting them, you are in a difficult position.
When you find another place if they refuse to give you the deposit and remaining rent back you can tell them you will report them.
Sounds like they are breaking many rules as well as those of Lockdown.
Cramming people into the house and doubt they are declaring the income.
