We also were told that we’d be given a reference by e-mail. 3 weeks later - nothing. Is it normal? Somebody said recently that they received the pack from the court in a week. I’m wondering if I should be patient or call them (tried today, nobody picks the phone; apparently, many of them work from home).
Very normal sadly - The courts in London are flooded
What I do now is send in the claim form three weeks before section 21 expires - I only pay the court fee (and this is when it gets issued) after the section 21 day allows. Its crazy but you have to game it now
So much for justice
