Hi, my tenancy was signed in my old name, however my name has since changed. I need to be able to claim housing costs from the DWP due to my disability, but because the tenancy agreement is signed in my old name, it’s causing some issues.
I’ve spoken to the landlord however we’re not sure if the name can be updated on the AST tenancy.
Can anyone advise? Thanks
