Sorry to hear about your situation and no need to apologise we all get frustrated sometimes. Online it’s easy to misunderstand and difficult to get the context or the perfect tone or know where others are coming from
I don’t think any of the replies above have been intentionally rude they illustrate tho that LLs get frustrated too…
