I have found personally that if your age is north of 70 and due to DWP suddenly claiming payback to 2016 for my pension that although I worked all my life the system is hard to beat.
I gave up my tenancy voluntarily as to help my sister in tentative times with her health that getting reinstated is an impossible dream.
So trying to get a 6 month private tenancy to then be in the system it seems thats impossible too.
I have the means to pay the rent but as in Spare Room just no thank you, so it must be my age ?
I here about illegals coming here thats bad but older people like me are forgotten.
I had nice properties but my world turned upside down. Thank you for reading.
