requirement is for a PAT test to be completed. Or an inspection by a “ competent person “ . Makes no sense, but there seems no way to circumvent this requirement. An oven doesn’t require a PAT test .
Yes i originally thought that . A PAT test isn’t mandatory, and im “ gifting “ the washer and fridge as they were left behind. So all good. My first use of Open R, hopefully it will work out , but ive usually left contracts and references to the estate agents .
