PAT testing requirement for renewing contract

Hi, I had the legal Electrical Cert completed recently. I am now about to send a new contract to my tenants. However, it will not allow me to complete the renewal unless I tick the PAT box. I have not provided any portable electrical equipment.

Please could you advise on how I can renew without ticking this box.

make sure you have no electrical items requiring a pat test showing in your inventory.

Speak to Openrent. PAT testing is not a legal requirement.
