Open Rent not Published My Add

I Had published my add using the premium service and when i tried to login next day to check my add listing and the add had vanished with out any information and tried to reach customer support for grievannce they had taken the complaint but no one from the team tried to get back to me for resolving the issue. The worst ever service i had seen in my life.

Support by email has always been prompt for me. When did you email them?

I’ve also never had an add disappear so confused what might have caused that.
