My first experience on openrent -
Posted an ad about 3 weeks ago, then amended the price (only the price) yesterday morning.
Got the message that the change will come through within 3-6 hours.
About 2 hours later, the ad disappeared on all portals and is still not back online up till now.
I emailed, phoned, messaged, but no joy. Got told by a call centre staff that because it’s the holiday season, she’s not sure how many people are dealing with customer enquiries in the office.
Very very disappointed. This is my first openrent experience, but might as well be the last.
Wondering if anyone had similar experience? What can I do next?
