I accidentally opted out of the free concierge service. Do you know to access this service?

Please how can I opt in to the concierge service. I’m moving houses in 3 weeks time. Thank you.

Hi - This service is available for all tenants via our Rent Now tenancy creation. You can learn more about it here:

But you do need to rent the property via OpenRent for it to be available to you.
