I am hoping to rent out my 2 bed maisonette in reading. I have bed frames, mattresses, sofa, tv stand, bedroom furniture and all appliances built in. However i don’t have a dining table with chairs. Would this still be considered a furnished property? I cant see an option for part furnished. Any advice appreciated.
We’re having the same problem. We have table and chairs and a bed frame. But there’s no option in the ad for part-furnished. Maybe, Open Rent can comment?
