Finally have an order for posession for my property after section 21 and defence from tennat being considered
Judge ordere payment of fixed costs of £460 which the tenant wont pay
How do I make sure that this money judgement gets recorded as a CCJ against the tenant
I already have a small claims case against the tenant for non payment of rent which is being defended so will take 9 months to go to trial
Suprisingly this question not answered elsewhere on how to convert order in posession claim to a CCJ
