In this country you have a legal obligation in your contract to keep it tidy
Just buy weed killer spray and spray it on the weeds
It diesnt take long
You will honour your contract and keep the place weed free and it doesn’t cost much

I don’t know why you not understanding in house feature no Garden :cross_mark: and the surface even need soil and grass to maintain I am doing my job my stay in this house just for one year I am not on my backside may be you on your backside

You are landlord that’s why you criticizing me to earn more money from tenants thorough some techniques This is your job

No not in contact no garden in contract

So are you saying you accepted the property expecting no garden, but it turns out that you do have a garden afterall but it’s in poor condition and full of weeds?

Isn’t it actually a bonus that you do have one then?

Is the garden part of the house ?
I’d do it will be part of the contract
What does your contract read about maintaining gardens

Hello, If the lawn is a communal area used for general access it may be just a conversation with the landlord over who has responsibility. If the lawn is under your responsibility and you have no tools or time to look after it I would also suggest a chat with the landlord. He may well have a handyman on call who could give it a quick tidy (your expense). No LL wants a property returned with a garden looking awful and nor do you want a bill at the end of the tenancy. Many LL can be reasonable

I’m autistic, I just say it straight without regard to your ego.

I’m just very glad you’re not my tenant.

Actually it could be considered autistic

Funny how now days there is an excuse/ reason for all sorts of behaviour. My kid is this or that . (used to be that they were just naughty) Same with adults . Bad manners … oh I am this or that

Are we allowed to say this ?

allowed to say what?

It’s the same with death. Now we have to know exactly what happened and how a person died, even if they were 100 years old. Before you would tell them their age and that’s it, the conversation ended.

Excuse/ reason. This is where I am too old and am probably saying this wrong but I think we cannot call it an excuse .
Cancel culture… whatever that is

Haha, Indeed! But I simply would not let to someone like that in the first place. I’ve never once had a problem with a tenant, or they with me.

You have just discriminated against Tadjar
