Hi my partner will b the sole tenant he will be making the payments every month he has a guartour but his name will only be going down on the tenant agreement just him not me but i will be living with him do we both need 2 have valid passport help
Neither of you technically need a passport, a driving license will be sufficient for the applicant.
The landlord would need to permit you as a named occupier if you are not applying as a tenant.
Named occupiers have no rights and can be told to leave by the tenant or landlord at any point in time.
