Hi,
I sent an electrician to pass the PAT Test. He said everything passed. After that, I went to the property and the switch on the kitchen extractor fan was missing, so, the fan is not working.
Is this something that the electrician needs to detect?
If its hard wired in it wouldn’t have a PAT test on it. If it is plug in then it would be tested to check it is electrically safe, not that all the options on it work.

Pat test is everyone portable ie plug on the end
