I have an EICr. I have told the tenants they can keep what is left in the property when they move in.
Do I have to get electricals PAT tested? Fridge, kettle. Even if technically it would belong to them and ive gifted them?

PAT testing is optional regardless of who owns .

They would be mandatory if there is any type of licensing or of the landlord is renting through the university
