I’ve had a reminder from OpenRent about PAT testing for my property.
I’m planning to sell this rental property soon and don’t want to spend any money on it that’s not necessary. My understanding is that EICR needs to be done every 5 years, but I’m not clear about whether PAT is required or just recommended.

EICR is 5 years OR sooner if the last inspection states it should be
