Paying in more than agreement

Ex landlord is claiming I still owe them even though my account on here shows its balanced. Where do I stand on that?

Also, if a tenant pays above what the tenancy agreement states on here and their account goes in to credit then does openrent just send the amount that was paid and not the actual agreement amount?

OR rent collection just forwards all monies received from the tenant to the Landlord.

You need to ask the Landlord to tell you why they thinks you owe them. This should be an easy enough explanation, and then you can accept that or counter it, once you have checked your own financial records of payment.
