Hi. I don’t know how it has happened but my tenant has paid openrent for the second months tenancy instead of me directly as I requested. Openrent has taken £10 off even though I do not have rent collection enabled. Is there any way I can claim my £10 back and how can I ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Many thanks
Ask the tenant to set up a standing order to your account for the rent.
