Payment not showing

I made a payment for my deposit and first month’s rent, on Monday (08/21). However, it is still not showing up on Openrent, saying I still own the amount. I also called my bank to confirm that the payment went through and it did. I have contacted OpenRent through email and have not heard anything back. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

Same for me , I have the swift copy as well but not showing on Open rent, No way to reach someone on the Plateform no contact its stressful
