What can we do to protect ourselves against a personal injury claim. Our property is quite old, and has uneven patio etc, we showed a prospective tennant around and they mentioned that the uneven slabs could cause a personal injury claim, this has worried us. do we have to fix everything that could possibly be cause such a claim? or do we have to have a process for tennants to inform us of a potential risk? or conduct a risk assessment and have it signed?
please help as we are getting worried.
