I am looking to connect with other landlords who are interested in selling their BTL portfolios or individual properties. I have been a landlord for a number of years with a portfolio of BTL properties and supported accommodation HMOS. I am wondering if there is a platform on this group which connects landlords looking to sell and landlords looking to buy and if there is a way to connect.

I have previously bought a property with tenants in situ but your solicitors need to do more diligence- you have to be confident everything was done properly when taking over the tenancy or can have problems evicting in future.
Tenants may anyway also move out during purchase process if worried a new LL might plan to increase rent
