I’m due to go to court during the summer for my possession order can i claim for costs when i receive that? i don’t think my tenant can afford to pay them, can i claim off their guarantor?
If your claim is successful, you should ask the judge to award costs to the tenant. You could then approach their guarantor. Be prepared for a long battle
