I’m selling a property at auction. It seems that I can choose whether to include searches in the auction pack or not. Auctioneer says they sell many without searches. I think obviously better to have than not but it’s another cost for me if the property doesn’t sell.
Property buyers, what would your view be on having searches in the auction pack? Would not having them put you off completely? Are there any less obvious advantages or disadvantages?
