Open Rent needs to seriously reformat their questioning for references!
I am so angry with the amount of stress they have put me through!
And when you call them, there is no option to speak to an actual human being either. The call just hangs up!
The questioning provides no wiggle room at all to explain or clarify an individual situation.
Everything is just yes or no answers. There is also no option to attach proof of anything or write side notes!
Not everything in life is black or white!
