Our tenants have asked to terminate their contract early. We have agreed to this on the principle the flat is successfully rented out again and until this time they are liable for the rent- which they have agreed to.
I want to readvertise using openrent. I can see that I select ‘end tenancy and readvertise’ but does this immediately end it with the tenants and return their deposit? Or can I go with this option and then sort out our current tenants deposit etc once we have new tenants lined up?
