Hi Heidi, if you use the ‘pause’ function then the tenant will no longer receive chasing emails.
All money that is paid will be sent to you just as before. Meanwhile, we will keep track of what has and hasn’t bene paid so you have an easy way to review your balance at the end of the three-month period.
