Rent in arrears incorrect


My landlord reduced the amount of rent to 60% following the end of our tenancy - instead of issuing a new contract, she spoke to OpenRent and agreed to continue with the current contract but with reduced rent - it still says rent is in arrears but this is incorrect. How does my landlord get this amended?

It looks like your landlord turned off Rent collection on the 28th October 2023, and set the end date to the 14th October. If this is not expected, you’ll need to speak to the landlord directly.

Otherwise, as Rent collection has ended, we’ll no longer send rent reminders / collect rent on behalf of this tenancy.

If the landlord has made a mistake, they should contact us directly and we can help them through the process.
