Reference - Unverified Income

My prospective tenant has failed the Open Rent referencing because her income is unverified. However, she has provided me with a copy of her entitlement certificate from UC and she says she was happy to use Open Banking, but she didn’t see this option and wasn’t asked for her bank details. What can I tell her she needs to do to go back and opt in/connect to Open Banking?

Most tenants, if anything, say they struggle to find the option ‘not to use open banking’, so this is unusual.

I’ve had a look - it seems the applicant was able to successfully connect to her bank account but didn’t select any transactions. We’ll reach out to her to support her through doing this.
