I am starting a referencing on 2 tenants for same tenancy. I would like to know whether I should half the rental amount for each person or whether I should be referencing them both at the full rental amount.
For a joint tenancy the affordability is done in their combined incomes. I believe that the referencing agency will automatically link them as joint tenants based on the address of the tenancy.
