Referencing Help please

Hi - I had a young couple register interest iindividually in my property. They viewed today and we wish to proceed with references.

I went into her enquiry and paid the £30 to start the process. I then went into his enquiry and did the same. (It’s my first time using this site, in hindsight I realise I should’ve just proceeded with one applicant and then they add the additional person, I then pay the additional fee).

So, since I did 2 separate reference requests, how can I make sure they are put together? How can I contact OpenRent to tell them to do this? Does it matter??

Have you had them each send you 6 months of bank statements and payslips to check over first? If not, you could just be wasting money on referencing.
