One of our tenants wishes to leave and existing tenant has found replacement. When I reference the new tenant should i enter the rental amount in ‘monthly rent’ as the whole amount for property or do i just enter the share of the new tenants rent (half the amount) given that the rent will be split between the two tenants? Thank you.
