not sure if listed in the right place, So two tenants , husband and wife, joint application, one referenced so far ( waiting for the second) he fails open rent reference g 1 CCJ -dont know what for yet, 4 years ago,
gets classed as high risk- (just) can see rents been paid on time all the time, yet rent upper level shows 0.00 , that aside, as its a joint application wouldn’t /shouldn’t the affordability be based on both?

Yes, but if you think one may lose their job, then base it on the lowest paid of the two!
Note, I did not understand what you meant by “yet rent upper level shows 0.00”.
