When using Open Rents service, do I gather the tenant/guarantor information then submit that OR just give Open Rent their contact details, pay and then open rent do the rest?

I recently referenced 2 tenants using the Rent Now service. You pay for the reference and the tenants submit their details via the platform. I assume the tenant would also have to submit the guarantors details.
