Greetings. The kitchen, bathroom and flooring of the flat I rent out are getting rather tired after many years use. Next time I have a tenant gap, I’d like to make improvements/ refit. I only have one flat, and work as a carer, so money is tight. My DIY skills stretch only to putting up a shelf, and decorating. Has anyone else done this? How did they go about it? Any tips welcome!
in order to do a good job you need to be better than putting up a shelf ! I suggest you find a retired part time tradesman to do work that is out of your scope. I am a builder /landlord so have not got that problem
