My tenants have just paid the first month rent/security deposit through Rent Now
I’ve just created an account mydeposits
Received an email from mydeposits:
Registered Tenancy – Awaiting Monies mydeposits England & Wales (Custodial)
Lodging the Deposit with mydeposits
You have selected to lodge your deposit with us via Bank Transfer
What do I need to do at this point? I had presumed the monies were collected by OpenRent and transferred into mydeposits.
